Wilsons Hotel

Our investigation at The Wilsons public house was held in the function room accompanied by a group consisting of members of the public and two members of staff, one of whom claimed to be sensitive to paranormal occurrences, on two occasions during the vigil he indicated areas where he felt a disturbance, both times photographs were taken and these appear to show orbs in the areas where he was pointing.

Later in the night this room was locked off and a sound recorder was left on a table, several sounds where picked up, two where very loud knocks on the table next to the recorder and three sounds of a strange groaning noise.

Our second vigil on the night was held in the disused pool room, two photographs where taken of very bright orbs, another photograph was taken when high readings were recorded on an EMF meter this photograph shows the team member holding the meter and what appears to be an anomalous black shape surrounding the area where the readings where highest.

Allerton Towers

Little is now left of what was once an elegant Georgian house, the ravages of time and vandals have reduced it to just an open walkway and a couple of out buildings.

This was our first visit to the site and as we proceeded up a pathway towards the ruins a large branch fell from a tree right in front of us, while this is not an unusual occurrence what happened next startled us when another branch fell right behind us, EMF readings were taken and these showed higher readings than would be expected in an open area with no obvious cause.

At the ruins we took a number of photographs, on three of these outside the front facade an expanding mist can be seen, a large number of orbs where recorded on other photographs taken at the back of the out buildings. We are now planning to return for a night time investigation of this site in the future.

St Catherines chapel

Lydiate

St Catherine's Chapel, located in Lydiate, Merseyside, England, and known locally as Lydiate Abbey, was built c. 1500 for the private worship of the Ireland family, who held the Lydiate lordship from 1410—1673. Its use as a private chapel probably ceased c. 1550, following Henry VIII's Dissolution of the Monasteries, though a small cemetery on the same grounds was still in use until the latter 1800s.

During our investigation of the chapel 3 of our team members experienced equipment failures, a camera inexplicably blanked out all the pictures taken in the chapel grounds but was working perfectly before and after, another camera was affected when the batteries drained, a new set of batteries where used and these too where drained within minutes, a digital sound recorder was also affected when its batteries were also drained, despite all the failures to certain electrical items one recorder from the cemetery area picked up a mysterious unexplainable sound.

After leaving the site all the equipment was checked and found to be in perfect working order.

The Lamb Hotel

Liverpool

Two ghosts have been seen at the Lamb hotel, one is of a man seen on numerous occasions in the area of the main bar the other is a nun dressed in all white robes, she has been seen in the function room on the first floor and also more recently in the cellars where she was observed going up a flight of old stone steps that are now blocked off, members of staff have heard their names being called when they were alone in the building, there have also been reports of glasses being smashed in the bar area when no one was nearby.

During the night two investigators held a vigil in one of the rooms on the top floor, while there a black shape was seen crossing the room, at the same time the room temperature dropped from 15 degrees to 12 degrees in less than a minute, another investigator conducting a lone vigil in the function room reported seeing a similar black shape and hearing the sound of a woman sobbing, later in the function room the hatch that allows access to the bar was found to be down, photographs show that the hatch was open when the investigation started.

Private Residence

Walton, Liverpool

We received a request from the residents of this property who have been disturbed by strange noises and sightings of a figure in their home, the most disturbing sighting witnessed was when a family pet was attacked in its cage, and the terrified animal was seen to be held in mid-air by an unseen hand.

The property is a terraced house built in 1902, prior to this date the land was used for farming.

On our initial investigation during our recorded interview with the residents we picked up an unexpected EVP, on the tape a whispering voice can be heard to say "IT'S GONE DARK."

We decided this property needed an overnight investigation, we were not to be disappointed, during the investigation we discovered that the disturbances where also happening in the adjacent property next door, at both these properties we witnessed phenomena, EMF meters where recording very high readings that appeared and disappeared without any explanation, a motion detector on the landing of one house was activated when two of our investigators were conducting a vigil, On reviewing our recordings two EVP's where found one is a woman’s cry saying "LEAVE ME ALONE," the second more disturbing one is a man’s voice saying "GET OUT OF MY HOUSE" followed by what sounds like chanting, the voice then repeats its demand that we leave, there is also a second different voice at the same time that says "GET OUT"

Follow up visits are continuing as the family are reporting that the strange events are still happening after attempts have been made by a medium to clear the house of unwanted spirits.
